Verið hjartanlega velkomin á opnun sýningarinnar ákveðin tæknileg atriði þess að vera. Sýningin er einskonar samsýning 4 - 8 listamanna sem allir eiga rætur sínar að rekja til listasenu Los Angeles borgar á árunum 2010 til 2020.

Sýningin er í samstarfi við: TBA - Thyssen - Bornemisza Art Contemporary, Reykjavíkurborg og Canada Council for the Arts.
 
Alice Wang received her B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, BFA from the California Institute of the Arts, and MFA from New York University. She was a fellow at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Villa Aurora fellow in Berlin, and a grant recipient from the Canada Council for the Arts. Wang has presented solo exhibitions at Capsule Shanghai, Human Resources (Los Angeles), and 18th Street Arts Center; participated in group exhibitions, screenings, and performances at Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions, Armory Center for the Arts, Para Site, K11 Art Foundation (HK), Hammer Museum. Her upcoming solo exhibitions will be presented at the UCCA Dune Art Museum this fall and the Vincent Price Art Museum next spring. She will participate in the International Program residency at the ISCP in Brooklyn next year. Wang lives and works in New York.


Ben Tong is an artist based in Los Angeles, California. His work has been exhibited at Night Gallery, Los Angeles; University of Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara; Commonwealth and Council, Los Angeles; K11 Art Foundation, Hong Kong; Art Basel Film program, Hong Kong; Europa NYC, New York; Island, New York. He was a fellow at the Villa Aurora Foundation, Berlin, and in residency at the Soma Summer Program, Mexico City. Tong received a BCS in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, a BFA in Photo from CalArts, and an MFA in Art from CalArts.


Harry Dodge is an American sculptor, performer, video artist, professor, and writer.
His solo exhibitions have included works in New York, Los Angeles and Connecticut, while his group exhibitions have taken place at The New Museum, the Whitney Biennial, the Getty Museum and the Hammer Museum, among others. He was the recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship in 2017 and is the author of the book My Meteorite: Or, Without the Random There Can Be No New Thing (2020). He lives and works in Los Angeles, California.


Contempt 6 was an art collective based in Los Angeles in 2013.
